85 g raw mushroom pinch of paprika
115 g green pepper 1 bunch mint
115 g honeydew melon  1 cup water
3 tbsp. brazilian nuts 1 cup ice


This smoothie is a powerhouse of multiple nutrients. Brazil nuts are a rich source of selenium, which helps protect against cancer, boosts metabolism and improves skin elasticity, hence preventing premature aging. Mushrooms are an excellent source of Vitamin D and are also known to boost the immune system. The capsaicin found in green peppers helps in reducing bad cholesterol and control diabetes.
